Description
Estrella La Peral is a pasteurized cow's milk cheese, straw white in color, milk ferments and selected noble molds that give it its characteristic bluish spots. When it is young, it is a semi-blue cheese, with a delicate flavor and a great bouquet. As the days go by, it completes its transformation into a blue cheese, acquiring all its personality, slightly spicy, but without losing any of its smoothness and bouquet.

Ingredients: Pasteurized cow's milk (97.96%), salt, rennet, lactic ferments, stabilizer: calcium chloride and penicillium.
Minimum expiration date: The cheese has an expiration date of one year from its packaging.
