Pasteurized cow's milk cheese, straw-colored, milky ferments and selected noble molds that give it its characteristic bluish spots. Mildly spicy and slightly salty.

PERALZOLA

ORIGIN: ASTURIAS
MILK: 100% SHEEP
TYPE: BLUE PASTA CHEESE

Cheese made with the best selected sheep's milk, becoming the only cheese of its kind in Asturias to date. Ivory white with blue veins. Slightly spicy intense flavor.

PEÑOCEO

ORIGIN: ASTURIAS
MILK: 100% GOAT
TYPE: BLUE PASTA CHEESE

It is a special cheese, made with the best goat's milk, carefully prepared to achieve a product of exceptional quality. Its texture is buttery, and it has all the character that a blue cheese should have.
