Description
The "Peralzola" cheese, like the Estrella La Peral cheese, belongs to the family of blue cheeses.
This cheese is made with the best selected sheep's milk, making it the only cheese of its kind in Asturias to date. It has a very personal character, different from the unmistakable seal of La Peral. Its ivory white color with blue veins form, together with its maturation, a set rich in flavors, smells and aromas that results in a balanced cheese of excellent quality.
